Disneyland

Last weekend we went to Disneyland and California Adventure! We met Ryan & Yvonne and family, Shala & BC and family and our friends Woody & Michel and family. It was a blast to be there all together!

Ryan and Sierra are at the perfect age to enjoy the full extent of the amusement parks! We got there when it opened and ran from ride to ride. The girls love the rollercoasters! The scarier, faster and crazier....the better! (Except for "Tower of Terror"....I thought we were going to ruin Sierra for sure on that one! I think that is the only ride she didn't go on multiple times.)

It was cousin Annika's Birthday so of course we had to have dinner with the princesses!

It was nice to be all together and the food was quite good. It gave our tired feet and legs some time to rest too!

And guess who had to have their picture taken with the princesses too!?

The prince himself!

After a FULL day of excitement and going on absolutely every ride we wanted too (some more than once) we finally left at about 11 pm. The girls were exhausted! I thought they weren't going to make it to the parking lot.

Our hotel was about 2 miles from Disneyland and in that short distance, the girls were OUT! Always a sign of a good time!
The next morning we asked them if they wanted to go back for more rides. "Nah, let's just go to the beach!" So we did! We met Bill's cousin Brooke & Tammy and family at the beach. We relaxed, played in the sand and then had a great BBQ back at Aunt Kathleen's house.
It was a great trip!

Looks like you guys had a lot of fun. Thanks for the invite:( Just kidding. We were just there in September. My kids went to the princess lunch and Avi loved it. Laney hid the whole time. And the Tower of Terror is the worst ride ever.

Thanks for spending some time with us. It was great to see you and your sweet girls. Next time plan to stay longer and bring along those other family members!
