I have found new love and it is amazing!  Jay is the most wonderful man.  He is everything I have ever dreamed of in a friend and companion.  I admire his character, strength and testimony of the gospel.  I trust him to take care of my heart.  I love his smile.  I am blessed to have him in my life.



Home can be a Heaven on Earth

We have a new home and I am excited to have it be a little piece of heaven.

I want the warm sun to shine on us.

I want the girls to feel safe and secure.

I want to feel happiness and love when we are at home together.

I am determined to make this place feel different than any other place.

I will fill the house with music.

I enjoy playing the piano and singing and dancing with the girls.

I love to hear their giggles.

I realize "It is never too late to live happily ever after!"

We are princesses.... and this is our castle!

New Ideas

My last post was Aug. 2010......a lot has happened since then.  We have new ideas (hence the title of this post that Ryan came up with) and new changes.  So much to cover that I think I'll just skip it!  Why rehash the past - I am so over it! Yeah!  :)

I titled our blog "Sunshine" because there is so much light and warmth in my life right now.  I try to be positive and focus on the blessings I receive each day. With so much ickiness in the world it is easy to lose focus.  But I refuse to let others bring me down!  I am a princess, my daughters are the light of my life and I am so blessed!  Thank you to all the family and dear friends that have loved me over the last several months.  I can never repay you enough!

So here's to new ideas and a new me! 2011 is going to be fantastic!

Amphibian Metamorphosis

All the cousins went on a Ranger ride with Aunt LoLo up to the cabin.

They came home with a bunch of tadpoles in a bucket.

They insisted we bring them home.

They survived their travels and into a new habitat.

Ryan did research on the internet about

 how to care for them and what to feed them.

and now we have frogs!
