70 degrees in July!

Ahhh....Grandpa's Cabin! Our favorite place to be each summer!

For us, high in the mountains of Cedar City, Utah, is heaven on earth. Cool weather in the middle of July!

During the two weeks we were there, we did our favorite things.....

The kids bundled up to watch the fireworks on the 4th!

And spread themselves out along Main Street for the annual parade!

We played and relaxed.

We went on rides with cousins and Grandma JoJo in the Ranger....uh, oh....who's driving this thing? Was that a bug I just swallowed? Can we go again?

There were so many of us this year that we pitched a tent outside.

We snuggled up together and slept under the trees.

We went to Kolob Lake and fed the ducks and floated Ryan's homemade boat and felt the cold water.

We went fishing in the stream.

Bill took the girls early in the morning and caught lots of trout. We BBQed them up and ate them for lunch.

Some of us cut wood!

Bill cut for hours and loved it. Ryan helped him stack.

We celebrated Grandpa's 62nd Birthday!

We played in the aspen trees (my favorite kind).

We ate.... (notice the dirt on Ryan!)

and we ate....

and we ate!

It was perfect!
