Ryan asked me to teach her how to "stitch". This is very funny, since I don't sew! I can sew a button on or repair a small hole in something, but that is about it. Why didn't she ask Grandma or Laura or Grandma Gram? But, we got out the needle and thread. (We had to search for the needed supplies mind you.)

Of course, she wanted to sew a jewel onto her horse's "show blanket" and fix the strap that came undone. Sewing is OK I guess, if Ryan can relate it somehow to horses.

Girls like to dance.

Sierra had her dance recital this week and she was darling! She was a sailor dancing to "Sea Cruise" and man, did she strut her stuff. She was more confident on stage this year, smiled more and remembered all her moves!

Memorable moment....when she carefully elbowed another girl so she could get to the front of the stage and be in the spotlight! Daddy's little girl!
